It looks great! The hair is a little distracting from the face but I think it would have been less noticeable if I didn’t have it in mind to compare it in the first place.

Omg it looks sooo much better. If I had to be picky, I would say that the lips didn't always match up, and there were sparks coming from the backround that were a bit much, but other than that, it was spot on and perfect! Disney NEEDS to hire you all!

The mouth was off a bit, but that's probably a timeline thing. A few more days and it would have been great. But the neck...Too long and too skinny. It made his head look oversized in some shots. Still a billion times better than what I could do.

To be fair, I'm guessing The Favoni couldn't really access all of the CGI capability that Disney commands (and that would include the 'de-aging' tech that's been used to good effect in the MCU), mainly due to the fact that they needed to keep Luke's appearance a closely guarded secret until the big reveal in Chapter 16. Think of the amount of people involved in doing a decent job of bringing a 'young Luke' back. Now think of the potential for rumors, leaks, Tweets etc., from them - or even from people who share the same water cooler as those directly involved. Now think of the inevitability of word getting back to KK about it, and consider the myriad of ways in which she could severely hinder/alter/bastardise and generally fuck up the project... Could they have done it better by expanding the team of people directly involved? Most definitely. Could they have managed to keep it secret..? Most probably not. We can hope they'll fix it at some future date - maybe for a DVD/BR release. Wouldn't that be nice? Though for now I'll trade those better graphics for the feeling I got when I watched it for the first time :o)

Everything is more realistic with your Luke, except for the hair which is so unforgivably fake and distracting, considering how amazing the deep-fake is, why wouldn't you find a Jr or trainee make-up artist to give strategic 30min-1hour touches to your projects in general? Giving a better haircut to the wig is not enough is attaching the wig properly to the head until it looks as natural as possible, maybe stretching a little his forehead for the eyebrows to be higher, etc. That would've helped you out to laser focus on other things with the AI.
